You can view my online resume, recommendations and people I know in the field via my LinkedIn profile.

Previous to moving to Israel I mainly worked at City University of New York (CUNY/UCC) where I helped design and implement Bitnet during 1980-1982, which has been dismantled after having served its purpose.

From Oct 1996 till August 1997 I represented the IAB on the International Ad Hoc Committee (IAHC) to determine the future structure of the generic Top Level Domain system. This committee later became the iPOC (Interim Policy Oversight Committee) and then became ICANN - The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.
